Do you offer same day or next day deliveries?
Yes we do! You can now order and have your fruit and veg box delivered on the same day or the next day, available Monday to Friday. Cutoff times for same day delivery orders are 2pm everyday, and 11:59pm for next day delivery orders. Fees are calculated at checkout.
When can I expect delivery?
You'll be shown your free delivery day/s for your postcode during checkout. We also have next day and same day delivery options for most areas. Each of the delivery option will also show you when the cutoff day or time is.
Are there any contracts or minimum number of deliveries?
Absolutely not! You can setup a weekly or fortnightly delivery and at any stage you can adjust, skip, pause or cancel your subscription at any time. We are sure that you'll be impressed with the quality, value and convenience of our delivery boxes and be happy to continue receiving them. We're proud to say we have many happy customers who have been receiving our fruit and veg boxes continuously for several years!
I have fruit/veg I can't eat. Can I specify what not to get in my box?
Yes you can! You can specify on your order what fruit and veg you'd like to exclude from your delivery. We'll take note and adjust accordingly. Alternatively, you can let us know which you would really like to have with Premium Boxes!
Is your produce organic or spray free?
We source our produce from local farmers and traders, while some items can be organic, there is a percentage that would not be classed as such.
Do you deliver to my area?
Please check Delivery Information for all areas we deliver to. Delivery is included in most orders to these locations. At check out, you'll be able to check if there are any fees to get fresh fruit and veg to you!
Where are you based?
We're based in Heidelberg, Victoria! We deliver to most Melbourne suburbs.
I want to update or pause my order. How do I do that?
One of our team members will be able to help you with that. Please let us know your name and address and what you'd like to do via the chat box. We will take care of that for you.
